We are a Company that provides Integral Consulting services since 2003 to Multi-nationals, SMEs, Industries and Service Companies.
The solutions we provide are created within two principal frameworks established as KAIZEN and Lean Production System Concepts.
Therefore, the basic concepts of each of these two main frameworks are defined to frame the solutions to be provided.

Our Roadmap starts with our mission, which symbolizes our reason for being or purpose as a Company. We use it as a guide when making decisions and choosing the actions to be taken:

- Share and apply our knowledge and experiences based on KAIZEN and Lean Production Systems.
- Be the change agents for increasing Productivity, improving the Quality of products and processing and enhancing the Capabilities of Human Capital for our customers.
KAIZEN Experience in Japan
In 2018, I took a two- month training course provided by the Japan Productivity Center (JPC) in Japan, regarding the methodology for the practical implementation of KAIZEN in Organizations.
Lean Experience in U.S.
During the years 2009 and 2010, I had the opportunity to complete my Master’s Degree at the prestigious Florida International University (FIU) in the United States.
Its content was focused on Engineering Management within a business environment, where I made direct contact with the Lean Production System through specific theorical and practical classes.
