During his participation in Japan Today, Andrés Ciambotti commented about his experience as a fellow in Japan and questions about #kaizen:
“Through concrete, simple actions and short steps, opportunities for improvement from wherever you are. It is a cultural change, a one-on-one change in people. It has to do with the continuos improvement for people. I recognize in Japanese people its humility, the possibility of introspection and seeing the flaws ”.
“Being in the mecca of kaizen, learning from you, seeing, interpreting and feeling how you live kaizen, the important thing … was relieving and I continue applying it every day because I continue working in my country for its development.”
“Here Inti Argentina had a lot to do with the diffusion of kaizen in Argentina. I do it in companies. There is a very important cultural distance between what is Japan and Argentina but we make it using what can be used here “
